Delivery in the UK

• Free standard delivery with all UK orders over £30. The standard delivery service typically takes 2 working days, but may take longer. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day. Orders under £30 will be charged at a rate of £3 for standard UK delivery.
• (Optional) Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically arrives the next working day. However, it can sometimes take longer. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day. If you need a guaranteed next day delivery, please use the service offered below. The rate will be displayed at the checkout.
• (Optional) Guaranteed next day delivery is offered within the UK on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday (subject to availability); this service will be provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1PM) at a cost of £6.50 to the recipient (for orders £30 or over) and £9.50 (for orders under £30). We also offer a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery service for orders placed between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm at a cost of £9 to the recipient (for orders £30 or over) and £12 (for orders under £30).

Delivery outside the UK, including the EU:

• Delivery to Continental Europe is charged at a rate of £5 for standard delivery (2-4 weeks) and £12 for Express delivery (3-5 working days). Orders placed before 2pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same working day.
• Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at a flat rate of £20. Orders placed before 2pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same working day.
• The customer is responsible for paying any import costs that may become payable, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 

 All services will require a signature on receipt at the delivery address provided.

• All goods are subject to availability.
• We will send you an email to confirm despatch of your order
• Expedited postage charges are non refundable

If you would like to collect/return in store, please visit our store in Prestatyn, Rhos on Sea or Llandudno at business opening hours. Contact us first to let us know which store you would like to collect from.

Changed you mind?

Return by post

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from elevate your sole, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you must notify us in writing of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the goods at the following email address: customerservices@elevateyoursole.co.uk From this notification date, you will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may be eligible for Free Returns using Paypal's 'Return Shipping on Us', more information can be found here.

Not withstanding the above, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase, in an unworn condition with all tags (if applicable) and original packaging in order to be fully refunded or exchanged. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and/or original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. We advise that you obtain some proof of postage as elevate your sole will not be held liable for returned item(s) lost in transit.

A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods, as long as the stipulated conditions have been met. Please be aware that depending on your bank it may take 5-7 days before the money becomes available in your account. 

Additional postage costs, such as next day delivery, EU or Worldwide post will not be refunded.

Shoe care items are non refundable (All Collonil and Pedag).
