Free standard delivery with all UK orders. The standard delivery service (Royal Mail Tracked 48) typically takes 2 working days, but may take longer. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day (subject to availability).
Guaranteed next day delivery is offered within the UK on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday; this service will be provided by Royal mail special delivery at a cost of £5.55 to the recipient (for orders £40 or over) and £8.55 (for orders under £40). We also offer Guaranteed Saturday Delivery for orders placed between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm at a cost of £10 to the recipient.
Delivery to Continental Europe is charged at a rate of £5 for standard delivery (2-4 weeks) and £12 for Express delivery (3-5 working days). Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched on the same working day.
Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at a flat rate of £20. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched on the same working day.
All services will require a signature on receipt at the delivery address provided.

Collect in Store
If you would like to collect/return in store, please visit our store in Prestatyn, Rhos on Sea or Llandudno at business opening hours. Contact us first to let us know which store you would like to collect from.
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from elevate your sole, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, it will need to be sent to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us in writing of your intention to return/cancel an order at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org

Not withstanding the above, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase, in an unworn condition with all tags (if applicable) and original packaging in order to be fully refunded or exchanged. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and/or original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. We advise that you obtain some proof of postage as elevate your sole will not be held liable for returned item(s) lost in transit.
A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods, as long as the stipulated conditions have been met. Please be aware that depending on your bank it may take 5-7 days before the money becomes available in your account.
