We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from elevate your sole, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by visiting your account page ‘here’ and requesting a return of the item(s). From the date that this request has been confirmed, you will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
