Delivery in the UK

• Free standard delivery with all UK orders over £30. The standard delivery service typically takes 2 working days, but may take longer. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day (subject to availability). Orders under £30 will be charged at a rate of £3 for standard UK delivery.
• Guaranteed next day delivery is offered within the UK on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday; this service will be provided by Royal mail special delivery at a cost of £5.55 to the recipient (for orders £40 or over) and £8.55 (for orders under £40). We also offer Guaranteed Saturday Delivery for orders placed between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm at a cost of £10 to the recipient.

Delivery outside the UK, including the EU:

• Delivery to Continental Europe is charged at a rate of £5 for standard delivery (2-4 weeks) and £12 for Express delivery (3-5 working days). Orders placed before 2pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same working day.
• Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at a flat rate of £20. Orders placed before 2pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same working day.
• The customer is responsible for paying any import costs that may become payable, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 

 All services will require a signature on receipt at the delivery address provided.

Collect in Store

If you would like to collect/return in store, please visit our store in Prestatyn, Rhos on Sea or Llandudno at business opening hours. Contact us first to let us know which store you would like to collect from.
