It's almost Christmas!

A friend recently reminded me that I haven’t updated my blog recently. It’s nearly been a whole year, but what a fantastic year it’s been. I recently got engaged to my long term partner Lesley and we plan to get married next February. Admittedly, it had been long time coming! Almost 11 years, so we didn’t really feel the need to hold out with a long engagement that seems to be the status quo.

I have taken on another shop in the lovely village of Rhos on Sea, which has taken a lot of my time and energy. It’s been a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I’ve had a fantastic reception by the business owners and locals alike. It’s a lovely place to do business and I envisage many happy years to come. 

All of this wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic support of Jacqui who works with me in Prestatyn. I’ve asked a lot of her over these recent months and she’s met this challenge with great enthusiasm and resolve. For those who know or have met her, she’s the one always smiling and has proved to be a great fit for the ‘elevate your sole’ family. She’s even started writing blog posts:
