Delivery in the UK
- Free standard delivery with all UK orders £50 or over. The standard delivery service typically takes 2 working days, but may take longer. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day i.e. Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays). Orders under £50 will be charged at a rate of £3 for standard UK delivery.
- (Optional) Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically arrives the next working day. However, it can sometimes take longer. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day i.e Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays). If you need a guaranteed next day delivery, please use the service offered below. The rate will be displayed at the checkout.
- (Optional) Guaranteed next day delivery is offered within the UK on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays); this service will be provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1PM) at a cost of £6.50 to the recipient (for orders £50 or over) and £9.50 (for orders under £50).
All services will require a signature on receipt at the delivery address provided.

Delivery outside the UK:
- Delivery to Continental Europe is charged at a rate of £10 for Express delivery (3-5 working days) per package (up to 2kg). Orders placed before 2pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same working day.
- Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at a rate from £16-28 (depending on country) per package (up to 2kg). Orders placed before 2pm (local time) will be dispatched on the same working day.
European Union orders (Delivered Duty Paid):
All prices for orders shipping to the European Union include VAT and any applicable customs duties, collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional import fees or taxes upon delivery. A customs handling fee of €3 per tariff classification applies to orders under €150 and is included in your total at checkout. Orders containing products across multiple product categories may incur a higher customs handling fee, which will be reflected at checkout.
United States orders:
As of August 2025, all goods imported into the United States are subject to customs duties regardless of order value. Applicable duties are calculated at checkout based on product type and country of origin. You will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
For orders shipping to all other countries outside the European Union and United States, the customer is responsible for any import costs that may become payable upon delivery, including VAT, duties, and customs clearing fees. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.
