Delivery in the UK

Standard delivery is free on UK orders of £50 or more, or £3 for orders under £50. Delivery usually takes two working days, although it can sometimes take longer.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout and usually arrives the next working day, but this is not guaranteed. The price is shown at checkout.
For guaranteed next-day delivery, choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This costs £6.50 for orders of £50 or more, or £9.50 for orders under £50. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders dispatched on Friday include Saturday delivery. A signature is required, and Royal Mail’s postcode restrictions apply.

Orders received before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to continental Europe starts at £10 per package up to 2kg. Delivery usually takes three to five working days after dispatch.
Delivery to other international destinations starts from £16, depending on the destination.
Your delivery charge is shown at checkout. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local delays.

For delivery to Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden, your checkout total includes delivery and all applicable taxes and customs duties. There are no additional import charges to pay on arrival.
For Spain and Luxembourg, this applies to orders with a goods value of up to €150. Please contact us before placing a higher-value order so we can confirm delivery arrangements and any additional charges.
For all other EU countries, import taxes, customs duties and handling fees are not included at checkout. You may need to pay these to the delivery company before your parcel can be delivered.

Applicable import taxes and customs duties are calculated at checkout using the product details and country of origin. Your checkout total includes these charges, so there are no additional import charges to pay on arrival.

Unless checkout explicitly states that import taxes and duties are included, any local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees are payable by you and may need to be paid before delivery.

If you choose an upgraded delivery service, the extra cost above standard delivery is normally non-refundable if you change your mind and return your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can arrange to collect your order from our Llandudno or Chester shop during opening hours.
