Return by post

  • We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from elevate your sole, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by visiting your account page ‘here’ and requesting a return of the item(s). From the date that this request has been confirmed, you will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

  • All foot care and shoe care items are non refundable including Pedag and Collonil products
  • Any additional postage costs selected by yourself/charged when you made your purchase are none refundable. This includes all postage paid in excess of our free standard delivery service, including next day delivery, 24 hour delivery, EU or Worldwide postage for example
  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage

    • UK customers can opt to return the item(s) using our own subsidised tracked and insured returns labels (provided by Royal Mail) at a cost of £3, which will be deducted from your refund. *No printer required for this service*. Instructions will follow when the return request has been confirmed.
    • For non UK customers (& UK customers who opt not to use or are otherwise unable to use the above service), please ensure that the return service that you choose is tracked and item(s) insured at or above the purchase price as elevate your sole will not be held liable for refunding returned item(s) lost in transit. We do advise that you obtain proof of postage.
  • In order to be fully refunded, item(s) must be wrapped to protect the box/contents from damage (postage labels must not be attached directly to an unwrapped box). In addition, items must be returned in an unworn, clean condition with all tags (if applicable) and with all original packaging (including box and/or dust bags which are considered part of the product)
  • A refund will be issued within 2 working days i.e Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays) after receiving the returned goods, as long as the stipulated conditions have been met. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 days before the money becomes available in your account.

Return to store (Online Purchases)

  • Local customers may drop off item(s) they wish to return to their local store. Please note that refunds cannot be made immediately in store. Refunds will be issued within working days i.e Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays).

If you would like to return to store, please visit either PrestatynRhos on Sea or Llandudno during business opening hours.
