Return by post

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from elevate your sole, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you must notify us in writing of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the goods at the following email address: customerservices@elevateyoursole.co.uk From this notification date, you will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may be eligible for Free Returns using Paypal's 'Return Shipping on Us', more information can be found here.

Not withstanding the above, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase, in an unworn condition with all tags (if applicable) and original packaging in order to be fully refunded or exchanged. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and/or original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. We advise that you obtain some proof of postage as elevate your sole will not be held liable for returned item(s) lost in transit.

A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods, as long as the stipulated conditions have been met. Please be aware that depending on your bank it may take 5-7 days before the money becomes available in your account. 

Additional postage costs, such as next day delivery, EU or Worldwide post will not be refunded.

Shoe care items are non refundable (All Collonil and Pedag).

If you would like to collect/return in store, please visit our store in PrestatynRhos on Sea or Llandudno at business opening hours.
